Sarawak MRCOG survival course (SaMS)
The MRCOG (Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists) exam is a crucial milestone for doctors aspiring to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology. However, navigating this process can be challenging, especially due to differences between healthcare systems in Malaysia and the UK. To support aspiring candidates, the Sarawak MRCOG Survival (SaMS) course was developed over three years.
The course leverages the collective experience of MRCOG holders at Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) and has expanded to include experts from across Malaysia and internationally, including Singapore.
The MRCOG Part 3 exam is highly demanding, with a pass rate of around 20%. We’re proud of our course’s success, with many participants passing each year. This success is driven by the candidate’s hard work combined with practical guidance and insights shared by senior consultants, fellows, and recent passers.
Our course facilitators include a mix of senior consultants, Royal College Fellows, and recent MRCOG passers, ensuring the course is both credible and up-to-date.
We look forward to supporting you in our next course to help you achieve your MRCOG goals.
Best regards,
The SaMS Course Organising Committee
